Install nfs-common on Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail

How can I install nfs-common on Ubuntu 13.04? The only thing I get is error related to invoke-rc.d: initscript statd, action "start" failed., but I have not found anything what could potentially solve this issue.
